Walk Through a Branch

Every branch is a State of-the-art Call Center, providing only the best in today’s Call Center Industry.  From the moment you drive up to one of the branches, you will know this is not just another telemarketing company, but a leader in the customer contact industry.  Imagine walking into our waiting room filled with eager new-hires, inviting colors, the office furniture more like what you would find at the local coffee shop.   There is music playing in the background… On the wall hangs a large plasma screen with a Power Point Presentation all about and its great opportunities.  On the other wall is another screen displaying stats from all over the country. 

 (“These guys are Great” you think to yourself”) 

When you enter our center floor you will see stations all color-coded, all the way down to the carpet, and up to the ceiling tiles, even the computer backgrounds show clearly the division of the teams.   At the end of each team there is a supervisor station with a huge monitor displaying all team stats.   Every REP has his own area and so clean and bright, and those chairs look comfortable, and there’s music playing in the background…. Again. 

At the end of the floor is a stage… What’s that for?

(Employee, recognition, training, meetings).

And at both ends are large plasma screens;

One says – AZ#1 Stats - and One Says - CallStreamz Stats from around the USA –  

As you walk into each manager office, they are above the normal standards, one-way glass looking out to the sales floor and nice big windows looking outside to catch the sun… And again there’s that music playing in the background, but it goes nicely with the coffee shop office furniture in here too. 

Then to the training room there’s a huge plasma hanging on the wall, the stations in here are just like the ones on the floor, but all one color, except for that station over there, it’s the trainers.  

On to the break room.  WOW, there is a complete Snack Shack (where employees can charge their food… taken from check). 

Computers to use for personal… video games… Big TV’s with movies…even places to relax and take a break. 

What’s that room over there, which I need a badge to get into? Lets get a visitor badge and see…
