Vision of
CallStreamz from the Creators
A
Vision starts with an idea. Kevin Hulen the creator of CallStreamz
has had the Vision of opening CallStreamz for over 10 years. To
collect the right experience to create the most successful customer contact
company in the industry, Kevin has taken on positions in a variety of different
Call Center environments. Working
for some of the largest in the industry, and also working with small phone rooms
to gain the much-needed experience.
Kevin’s
knowledge of both telephone sales, and computer networks, makes him a sure
success. While working in the
industry for over a decade he has gained experience in sales, customer service,
support and much more…
Not
only has he been a leader on the sales floor working the phones, he is also very
accomplished at project management and client services. While working with a
teleservices company experiencing rapid growth, He gained the knowledge it takes
to move a Call Center from 12 seats to 150 with multiplying braches.
Kevin
has had the opportunity to work with many clients providing a wide range of
services; some include: Chase
Manhattan Bank, FirstUSA, Bank Of America and the former MBNA, Wells Fargo, CITI
Bank, First Bank, Nextel, Sprint, AT&T, Bell South, Dish Network, and many
more, For these Industry Important clients Kevin has developed and tested, then
managed projects creating processes that meet and in most cases beat the clients
expectations.
Through
his many years of self-development and his Vision of the best customer contact
center in the industry, he has established the following Business Plan.
You will find that CallStreamz will not only be best in
their industry, but will also set standards for all business practices by
establishing a business created for and by its employees.
Kevin
knew to be successful in the Call Center industry he would need more than just
knowledge on how to set-up and operate a Call Center, so he and Chanda Thomas
(his loving wife and partner) took on the operations of two businesses in the
amusement park industry. While this was not in the Call Center field they both
gained a great deal of knowledge about opening and operating a business, and the
daily tasks associated with a successful company.
During
the last four years while operating these two companies, Kevin has continued
keeping in touch with the Call Center industry by taking demanding positions for
some the industry leaders. During this time Chanda went back to school focusing
on their dreams and long-term goals earning two degrees.
First, an Associate OF Science PC/Network Technology
and 2nd, a Bachelor of Science Network Technology.
Now
that they have the skills required to open and operate a successful company in
multiple locations, combined with Kevin’s Call Center experience, and
Chanda’s education in computer networking (foundation of a Call Center), they
are ready to achieve their goal.
